Based on the situation you described, you should belong to the batch of customers shipped on July 25. Our policy at that time for Korean users was free customs coverage but shipping fees were not included. However, due to a mistake by the shipping company, customers were incorrectly asked to pay the customs duties. Therefore, we covered the customs fees for that batch, as it aligned with the previous customs policy.
Please note that our customs and shipping policy changed in August. For Korean users, shipping is now free, but customs duties are not included and must be borne by the customer.
So for your order, shipping is free, but customs fees need to be covered by you.
